These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Seemore Motorsport website. Please read through the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions do not use this Website. If you do access the Website, and / or place an order, you thereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out below.
ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND DUE TO PRICE FLUCTUATIONS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL FROM SUPPLIERS OF RAW MATERIALS AND FINISHED PRODUCTS AND UNCERTAIN FREIGHT, COURIER OR POSTAL CHARGES, THE PRICES ON THIS SITE MUST BE TAKEN AS INDICATIVE - WE WILL CONFIRM THEM IN DISCUSSION WITH YOU AS A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER. OUR PROCEDURE IS TO SEND A DRAFT INVOICE FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION AND SELECTION OF PREFERRED PAYMENT OPTION BEFORE YOU MAKE PAYMENT. ON RECEIPT OF YOUR PAYMENT WE WILL EITHER SEND FINISHED GOODS OR WILL COMMENCE MANUFACTURE OF CUSTOM MADE ITEMS SUCH AS SUMP GUARDS, TANKS, SUSPENSION AND OTHER COMPONENTS.
How to Order: All orders can be placed online through the Website. We will then contact you with a confirmed cost for your order, including shipping costs. Please do not e-mail your card details to us. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way. All orders subject to availability.
Method of Payment: You can pay either by VISA OR Mastercard OR DIRECT DEPOSIT. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases.
Out-of-Stock: If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address or the telephone details you provide.
Pricing Policy: All products on www.seemore.com.au are priced in Australian dollars with G.S.T taken off for international orders. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate, at point of delivery. PLEASE SEE ABOVE, THESE PRICES ARE INDICATIVE FOR THE REASONS STATED ABOVE.
Delivery: Goods will be delivered as stated in our delivery information section with in the FAQ on the website. The maximum period of delivery would be within 14 days of order if all items are in stock. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.
Return of Goods Policy: Goods can be returned for a full refund (excluding delivery and return charges) if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched, within 14 days after receipt of goods.
Returned items must be unused, still have their original packaging and labelling in good condition, and be accompanied by the original delivery note. Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount. RETURN FOR EXCHANGE DUE TO SIZING ERRORS IN CUSTOMER ORDERS IS NOT GUARANTEED - SOME SPECIALLY SOURCED ITEMS, FOR INSTANCE ARE NOTR RETURNABLE BY US TO OUR SUPPLIERS AND WE WILL ADVISE YOU OR ANY NON-RETURN CONDITIONS AT THE ISSUE OF THE DRAFT INVOICE.
WHERE THE CUSTOMER DECIDES TO RETURN GOODS FOR RE-SIZING, FREIGHT COSTS BACK TO OUR DESIGNATED WAREHOUSE AND SECOND DELIVERY COSTS TO THE CUSTOMER REST WITH THE CUSTOMER.
WE ADVISE CUSTOMERS RETURNING GOODS TO INSURE THEM FOR ALL RISKS SINCE WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS IN RETURNED-FOR-RESIZING GOODS, HOWSOEVER CAUSED IN TRANSIT.
WHEN WE SEND GOODS TO CUSTOMERS, WE TAKE INSURANCE AND RECOMMEND CUSTOMERS TAKE THE SAME PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT THEIR OWN INTERESTS.
Complaints: We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. In the first instance, your complaint may be emailed to ian@seemore.com.au. We aim to acknowledge by email any emailed complaint within 2 days, and to conclude our investigations as soon as possible thereafter. See FAQ for more information about return procedures.
Privacy: When an order is taken, we will request information from the user as required. Here a user must provide contact information (like name, shipping address, landline telephone number) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers' orders. In case of difficulty in processing an order, this information will be used to contact the user. We will not divulge this information to any other parties under any circumstances.
If a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can be done by emailing Customer Services at ian@seemore.com.au.
Security: This website takes precautions to protect users' information. Currently we do not request senitive information to be submitted online. Do not email us your credit card details. Credit card details will be taken via telephone and will only be used to process orders. The system on which we store personal information is kept in a totally secure environment. |
